On Saturday, May 20, The Song and Dance Ensemble ''Kujawy” invited for another meeting from the series of workshops ''From the painted chest”. This time participants were creating ”A kuyavian bouguet for Mum”.
In a Regional Chamber, during handicraft workshops participants learned the secrets of creating flowers. Nowadays, tissue paper craft belongs unfortunately to the so-called dying handicrafts. The ability to create flowers from paper has fewer and fewer people, such as folk artists who consciously cultivate old-time traditions.
Lovers of folk culture - Krystyna Zagrabska and Halina Pietrzak helped to make colorful bouquets.
The workshops were accompanied by artistic performances of the Song and Dance Ensemble "Kujawy".
